New Story Heroes

We truly appreciate what our heroes do on a daily basis for the communities that we love. The New Story Heroes credit provides $911 towards closing costs. We are honored to give a little something back.

While we feel there are many types of heroes these are the ones we would like to recognize:

  • Law Enforcement
  • Firefighters
  • EMS
  • Military (Active, Reserve, Veterans)
  • Health Care Professionals
  • Teachers

New Story Lending reserves the right to determine the qualification of the applicant for the New Story Heroes program based on our ability to satisfactorily verify the applicant’s current employer and/or position/title (e.g. recent pay stub, service records or proof of certification). Due to constantly changing market conditions and mortgage regulations, the availability of the New Story Heroes program is subject to change at anytime, without prior notice.
